Ordered all the fans and geysers in my house from them. Every single thing I ordered is working perfectly. The one time there was a problem - there was a smell coming from the water from one geyser - I called Vicky, and he didn't just tell me to call the service center (which I'm sure most people would do). He followed up himself and made sure someone from the company came by immediately to rectify the problem. Great place to shop if you want that peace of mind.
