the product has been shipped by our 3rd party courier partners –
DEHLIVERY / XPPRESS BEES / ST COURIERS / FRANCH EXPRESS and other if any , the
order cannot be cancelled. An urgent intimation can be sent to us over the above
number for any cancellation, this could avoid delay and the shipment could be
stopped or returned if it has not left the warehouse.
We
will use the same means to refund the amount paid as used by you at the time
for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We have a strict No
Return No Exchange Policy :
- Since our module of sale is supply over request,
we don’t accept returns.
- After Sale Warranty By all means are by the manufacturers
and not provided by us,
- Replacement of the Goods we provide shall be
provided by the manufacturer ,
- A Replacement for the product can be provided by
discretion of the manufacturer – in the process the customer is to bear
forward and return courier / transportation charges and any other charges incurred
in the process
- Installation / compatibility / product related issues shall not
be entertained once goods have been delivered, for installation queries
and issues feel free to enquire about the same before making your purchase.
- Our sole objective is to fulfill your requirement and in the process any questions related to product specifications,
product quality and performance, product reliability, warranty, reviews,
warranty, quality - quantity of material, installation requirement and
other info related to the product, the same can be conveyed in advance before the purchase to avoid any
future issues after purchase – as mentioned we have a no return policy.
We reserve the right to
refuse returns in our sole discretion.

cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to
issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return
delivery.
Gifts
If
the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If
the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the
Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to
the gift giver.
